Mr. Salim point out needed positive state of mental health where individuals feel good about themselves, function effectively, and experience a sense of purpose and fulfillment. It encompasses aspects such as emotional stability, resilience, life satisfaction, and a positive self-concept. The relationship between psychological well-being and work-life balance is bidirectional. When individuals experience a good work-life balance, they are more likely to report higher levels of psychological well-being. This balance allows for sufficient rest, relaxation, and engagement in activities that bring joy and satisfaction, which are crucial for maintaining mental health.
